.Chase, Fitzgerald & Company traces its beginnings to Dorothy L. Fitzgerald. She was licensed as a broker in 1936 and founded her own company based on the principle of offering integrity combined with compassion and personalized service to clients. In 1967 she merged her Company with the Roland Park Company and Chase & Davis, which led to the Company now known as Chase, Fitzgerald & Company, Inc. Currently owned and managed by Dorothy Fitzgerald’s granddaughter, Carol Schmidt, and her son, Del Schmidt, along with Dorothy Fitzgerald Ross acting as the company’s Office Manager. Chase, Fitzgerald & Co., Inc., excels as a fourth generation family owned and operated brokerage firm. To this day, Chase, Fitzgerald & Company continues to provide the same level of quality and personalized service that the company was founded on over 60 years ago.
